About LearnClash
Quiz duels are fun. LearnClash makes them teach.

LearnClash is the quiz duel that makes you smarter. You play a real opponent 1v1, read why after every answer, and get the questions you missed back later through built-in spaced repetition. The daily loop is short: pick a topic, play your turn, learn from what you missed, and come back when those questions are due again.
This page covers what LearnClash is, who built it, the company behind it, how the free and Premium tiers work, and where to download brand assets. Or jump straight into your first duel.
What is LearnClash
LearnClash is the quiz duel that makes you smarter: you play a real opponent 1v1, read an explanation after every answer, and keep what you learn through built-in spaced repetition. Each duel has 18 questions across 6 rounds, played turn by turn with a 72-hour window per turn. The app is free on iOS and Android and runs in English, German, French, and Spanish.
| Feature | LearnClash treatment |
|---|---|
| Opponents | Real people, 1v1: friends by link or matched players. Six AI rivals, clearly labeled and unrated, when you want to play right away. |
| Explanations | An explanation after every answer, free in every tier. Clash, the AI tutor, answers follow-up questions. |
| Retention | 3-stage spaced repetition in duels and Solo. A missed question is due again after 7 days, then after 90 days once you get it right. |
| Topics | General knowledge and hundreds of other topics. Missing one? Create it, and questions are generated on demand. |
| Mode | Turn-based with a 72-hour window per turn. When both players choose to join, the same duel can also be played live. |

How LearnClash is different
LearnClash sits between study tools and quiz games. It keeps the social pressure of a duel, adds ELO so progress has weight, and uses spaced repetition so the questions you miss come back later. The wedge is simple: competition is the hook, memory is the outcome.
| App | ELO 1v1 duels | SRS in every mode | Any topic | Our take |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| LearnClash | Yes, 8 tiers | Yes, 3-stage SRS | Yes | Competition plus memory, built into one loop |
| Quizlet | No | Study-set centered | User-created sets | Strong for flashcards, less social |
| Anki | No | Yes | User-created decks | Powerful memory tool, high setup effort |
| Kahoot | No persistent ELO | No | Host-created sessions | Great for groups, less personal retention |
| QuizDuel | Yes, 1v1 | No | Fixed categories | Closest duel mechanic, no memory layer |
| Trivia Crack | Limited | No | Fixed categories | Casual play, not built around retention |
